Please do not fill out any information on the card prior to arrival and DO NOT sign the card. This will be done during the fingerprinting process and your signature must be witnessed by us.
Non-criminal civil fingerprinting (job applications, adoption, foster parenting, etc.) is done in the lobby of the Law Enforcement Center and criminal fingerprinting is done in the secure perimeter of the jail. Fingerprinting will be by appointment only, please call the Hubbard County Jail at 218-732-2512 to make an appointment.
Occasionally non-criminal fingerprinting will have to be done within the secure perimeter of the jail so children should not be brought with adults needing fingerprints. Criminal fingerprinting will always be done within the secure perimeter of the jail so children should not be brought with adults needing criminal fingerprints.
