Notice of Public Hearing

             Notice is Hereby Given that a public hearing will be held by the Hubbard County Board of Commissioners on October 6, 2020, for the purposes of considering adopting a revised forest road map to record roads / prescriptive easements in Schoolcraft Township.  Pursuant to Minn. Stat. §89.715, Subd. 3(b), notice is further given that the roads to be recorded will be the width of the actual use including ditches, backslopes, fills, and maintained rights-of-way, unless otherwise specified in a prior easement of record.

            The public hearing will begin at 9:45 a.m. and, due to Gov. Walz’ Executive Order 20-81, will be conducted live and via GoTo Meeting, as part of the County Board of Commissioners’ Regular Board Meeting; connection information for the meeting is as follows, and will also be included in the Board Meeting Agenda to be published on the County website:

            Copies of the proposed revised forest road map of Schoolcraft Township are available for public review during regular business hours in the Coordinator’s Office, located in Room 308, Third Floor, Hubbard County Government Center, or on the Hubbard County website.

            The public is invited to attend and to present oral or written comments for or against the proposed revised forest road map of Schoolcraft Township.
