The Hubbard County Licensing and Passport Offices are currently closed for all transactions until further notice.
Beginning 8:00 a.m. Monday, March 23, Hubbard County offices will be closed to the public until further notice, in response to the expanding COVID-19 pandemic, to help limit the spread of the disease. Solid Waste Transfer Station operations will continue, with adjustments. Additional information can be found on the Hubbard County website, www.co.hubbard.mn.us.
Residents and members of the public who require a County service can contact the necessary department by going to the Hubbard County website, www.co.hubbard.mn.us, clicking the “Contact Us” link in the top blue banner, then (1) the “County Directory” link in the green Contact Us box, by locating the appropriate department in the directory; or (2) submitting an email directly from the same page. Telephone numbers for County Offices are also listed in local telephone directories.
Hubbard County will complete transactions via telephone, email, U.S. mail or fax. Please contact the appropriate department for further information.
The Courts will remain open, on a limited basis, under the provisions of Governor Walz’s Emergency Executive Order 20-10.
