Recorder

Welcome to the Hubbard County Recorder's Office!

Our office records and archives hundreds of types of legal instruments that determine title to Hubbard County real property. These records include various forms of deeds, mortgages, liens, affidavits, and contracts for deed.  Minnesota statute requires us to maintain these records on a permanent basis and make them available to the public in our office.  We have also elected to offer enhanced online access to most of our recorded real property records.  Find 24/7 access by credit card at www.iDocMarket.com We have been accepting eRecorded documents since 2006 and accept all approved e-document types in both Abstract and Torrens.
