The Hubbard County Detention Center provides fingerprinting services for both criminal and non-criminal purposes. Non-criminal fingerprints are charged a $5 fee at the time fingerprints are taken. The HCDC is not able to make change.

A valid government issued photo ID (drivers license, passport, other government issued ID) is required to verify your identity.

Please do not fill out any information on the card prior to arrival and DO NOT sign the card. This will be done during the fingerprinting process, and your signature must be witnessed by us.

Fingerprinting is done within the secure perimeter of the Detention Center and only the person being printed will be allowed to enter. Children should not be brought with adults needing fingerprints. Please call the Detention Center 30 minutes prior to coming in for fingerprints and staff should be able to estimate wait times. Please understand that conditions in the Detention Center may require that you wait or come back at a later time.

We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days per year and can do your fingerprints almost any time day or night. Fingerprinting services, however, are not offered at the following times:

06:00 AM – 07:30 AM

11:00 AM – 12:30 PM

4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
