To post bail during business hours Monday – Friday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM:

Go to the Clerk Of Court office located on the first floor of the Hubbard County Court House. Tell the clerk you want to post bail on a Hubbard County charge for an inmate in custody in the Hubbard County Detention Center.

If you want to post bail for inmates held in another county on a Hubbard County charge or for a charge from another county, you must do this in person at the Hubbard County Detention Center.

To post bail during non business hours do so at the HCDC. The HCDC will only accept cash and we cannot make change. You may also post bond through a 9^th judicial district approved bondsman. To find an approved bondsman check your local telephone directory and make arrangements with them prior to arriving at the HCDC.
