Coordinator's Assistant

 

JOB TITLE:                                Coordinator’s Assistant

DEPARTMENT:                          Coordinator

HOURS PER WEEK:                   Full time, Monday through Friday, 40 hours

8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

SALARY RANGE:                      $18.1791 (step 1) to $23.7195 (step 10) per hour, DOQ full benefit package (expected start wage $18.1791)

 

DUTIES:                                            Administration of daily operations of the Coordinator’s office, including the processing of all compensation and benefit changes, notifying staff of benefit changes, coordination of annual benefit renewal and enrollment; and other duties as assigned.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:    AA degree in Human Resources with 4 years experience in the HR field or equivalent work experience in a related field; good communication skills, both verbally and written important; proficiency in use of PC’s (particularly Word and spreadsheets) and good multi-tasking capabilities a must.
