JOB TITLE:
                             Facilities Maintenance Manager

DEPARTMENT:                       Maintenance Department

HOURS PER WEEK:                   FT, exempt position (40 hours/week, 8:00 to 4:30 p.m.)

SALARY RANGE:                       $50,570 (step 1) - $65,982 (step 10) annually DOQ, Full benefit package (expected start wage $50,570)

DUTIES:                                            Directs the maintenance and repair of the county’ buildings, grounds, equipment and supervises maintenance staff; Oversees operation of HVAC equipment, PBX, voice-mail servers including recording system, plumbing and electrical systems equipment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:      BA in facilities management or related field (construction management) and two years facilities maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job and physical requirements as listed in the job description.  Possess or be able to obtain a 1-C MN Engineer’s License requiring three (3) years boiler operation experience.  Must have a valid MN Drivers License.

Hubbard County Solid Waste

Seasonal Positions

 JOB TITLE:                              Seasonal positions   

DEPARTMENT:                    Hubbard County Solid Waste Department 

HOURS PER WEEK:                Monday through Saturday, up to 40 hours, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  

SALARY RANGE:                  $8.00 - $13.00

  

DUTIES:                                        Assisting and directing public in unloading and processing solid waste and recyclables; maintenance of work area including cleaning and sweeping, etc.; operation of a lawn mower, weed whip, calculator and telephone.  Experience on heavy equipment, backhoe, loader and semi-tractor trailer preferred but not required. Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

                                                  Positions will be available only for a maximum of six (6) months or less.     

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:      High School diploma or equivalent work experience
